Roast Norfolk Turkey, traditional trimmings, pigs in blankets, port, pancetta and cranberry stuffing
Braised British beef, bubble n squeak with crispy pancetta and red wine jus
Wild muushroom and cranberry wellington, roast potatoes, winter vegetable and red current jus (v)
Pan fried Sea Bass provincale with saffron potatoes

Christmas pudding with brandy sauce
Chocolate and orange truffle cake with Cointreau sauce
